Eliza is a main character in The Amazing Adventures of Sally and Stan starting from the third season, one of the minor characters in The All New Fairly OddParents! and a major character in The Fairly OddParents: The Next Generation. She is Stan's girlfriend who soon marries him and becomes Sally's fairy godmother.

Eliza has magenta hair and light blue eyes. She wears a white dress, pink shoes and a black hat with a flower on top of it which resembles Mary Poppins' hat from the Disney movie of the same name. Without her hat, Eliza has a long hair tied into gibson roll hairstyle. Her voice is similar to Etheria Butterfly from Star vs. the Forces of Evil.
When disguised as a pet, Eliza takes the form of a pink parrot.
During her youth, Eliza's hair was originally dark red, she was not as tall as she's now, her hair consists of medium length hair down with bangs and black headband. Her outfit consists of a white and gray blouse with puffs, magenta skirt and light blue shoes.

Eliza is a kind fairy who really likes knitting and cooking. She took a liking to Stan almost immediately because of his honesty. She dislikes cheaters, such as Nats. Eliza is very organized and keeps things in a tidy and orderly manner. Much like Wanda, she can sometimes be strict. Eliza is also a culinary expert and a supreme chef.
